Here is a quick fix for the missing animation files. Sorry about that! RPGMaker has an option to exclude unused files when creating the release package, but it doesn't seem intelligent enough to actually work. I added back in the full Animations folder, and then ran through the game real quick and didn't encounter any crashes. Let me know if there are any more issues.
