This game is pretty similar to custom reido two in that its a training game with an aim to make money, theres a choice early on to enable the plus option I beleive this gives you a review after every 30 days if your not making enough progress game ends and you have to restart or resume from a save.
There doesnt seem to be much in the way of story line though you can win in plus mode then either restart or continue in free mode thereafter. the addon disc allows you to add more cut scenes and training and work for your girls.
